Lisa is known for her improvisation which is driven by rhythm, expression and harmony, inspired by a range of nations. She is a founding member of the all female vocal group, Coco's Lunch and she is a passionate and engaging workshop leader and lecturer at Box Hill Institute. This conversation centres around her view of improvisation and her performance motto, "listen and respond." Lisa reminds us to stay grateful for the opportunity. Show Notes: Lisa suggests https://www.tarabrach.com/ is a great place to find support if you suffer from anxiety.
