CONCERT Frequently Asked Questions
If you have chosen to participate in the concert, you are required to stay for the length of the concert. If you are unable to stay for the 60-90min concert at your chosen time, you will need to wait until the next performance opportunity when you have the availability to participate.
WHAT TIME DO performerS need to Arrive?
Due to the number of concerts we have running back to back - doors won't open until 10min prior to the start time. There's no need to arrive any earlier than that.
where do the performers go on arrival?
Performers can sit with their families/friends. We ask performers head backstage to watch the performer before them from the side of the stage so they are ready to go when introduced.
ARE THE SEATS ALLOCATED?
Nope! General Admission so you can sit where you choose upon arrival
WHERE DO I PARK?
Depending on the events happening in Simms Road on the same day - you can park in the basketball stadium, Montmorency Secondary College or along the street. We reserve our limited parks on site for teachers and anyone who requires special access. If you need to arrange a park, please email school@biancafenn.com and be prepared to arrive 20min prior to show time
WHAT DO PERFORMERS WEAR?
Whatever they are comfortable in! We aim for a comfortable environment for our performers - so if they are comfy and ok to be seen wearing it - go for it!
WHERE CAN I ACCESS THE PERFORMANCE ORDER?
The website is regularly updated as changes occur, sometimes even during the show! We ask you stay flexible in this regard. Please refresh the website to access the most up to date performance order.
I HAVE SOMETHING ELSE ON THAT DAY SO NEED TO RUSH OUT, SO CAN I PERFORM EARLY IN THE SHOW?
Nope. You have the choice of two days and many different time options. If you cannot commit to the full length of the concert, you will not be participating. It is a requirement for all performers to stay as an audience member when not performing. This is an important part of the BFSM culture. We support each other through these vulnerable experiences.
IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
This can be arranged by contacting school@biancafenn.com
A park will be reserved for you and access will be through the roller door. Please be prepared to arrive 20min prior to the start time to allow a relaxed entry before the crowd arrives 10min prior.

WILL MY TEACHER BE IN ATTENDANCE?
It is not a requirement for teachers to attend all concerts. We aim to have the majority of their students in one or two concerts however if you have opted for a different time or if there are other complications due to siblings wanting to perform in the same concerts or song double ups etc - this may not be possible.
Teachers will let you know if they will not be there and another teacher will be available to support you before and during your performance.
