Completing Bachelor of Music (Jazz & Improvisation) – Victorian College of the Arts Lyndon is currently in his 2nd year of Jazz & Improvisation studies at the Victorian College of the Arts. With a background spanning performance, composing and teaching, Lyndon brings a versatile approach to his music-making. Growing up surrounded by music, Lyndon has been performing for many years in bands across jazz, funk, and groove styles, but has an appreciation for pop, rock, musical-theatre and more. He thrives on improvisation, collaboration, and pushing creative boundaries—whether that’s coming up with a tune on-the-fly, having a spontaneous jam session with others, or exploring weird & wacky sounds. As a teacher, Lyndon is passionate about helping students feel comfortable and enjoy playing music from the very start. He focuses on learning the basics step-by-step, building confidence, and making lessons fun & creative, so students can discover their own musical ‘voice’ as they grow. Outside of teaching, Lyndon is an active performer on Saxophone with his band Sonic Fuze. You can often find Lyndon composing, rehearsing, or preparing for his next gig.
